Leading Digital Transformation
This course covers the knowledge and understanding of digital transformation as organizational change processes, rather than a technology-development issue only. Furthermore, the course provides insights into how such change processes may be led. Building on relevant theories and perspectives, as well as on students' previous experiences and knowledge, the course provides the possibility of developing further insights into how work practices, organizing processes, and leadership practices are changed by, and at the same time are consequential for, digital transformation.
