The PhD day on October the 18th at MDU Campus Västerås will be carried out with a number of workshops. These workshops will cover different areas such as:
- International publishing
- Who is the future PhD teacher? What is my career after my PhD? Employability?
- Getting your research philosophy/ontology right.
A detailed programme will be published in the end of June. We hope you want to participate, network, contribute and develop as a PhD student.
Registration
Registration for PhD-students – last day to register is September 30.

The PhD day takes place at Mälardalen University in Västerås on October 18, 2022.
Note! Your registration is valid only after you have paid the conference fee.
- The fee for PhD-students is 500 SEK (exklusive moms) and covers both the PhD-day as well as the regular FEKIS conference.
- The fee for Junior Faculty is 1600 SEK (exklusive moms) and covers both the PhD-day as well as the regular FEKIS conference.
- The fee includes: Coffee and lunch October 18-20 as well as the conference dinner on Oct 19 (you must indicate in the registration form, which days you intend to participate)
- Participant must secure costs for travel and accommodation.

Please note that the PhD Day (Oct 18) and the first day of the FEKIS conference (Oct 19) will take place att Campus Västerås.
The second day of the FEKIS conference will take place at Campus Eskilstuna. There will be buses from Västerås to Eskilstuna in the morning at Oct 20. More details about this will be presented later on.
