1. Log in to your MyEBSCO account by opening any EBSCO database and click Sign In.

2. Once logged in, click on Folder to see what you have saved.

Materials that will be automatically transferred to the new interface

- Saved Articles in My Folder.

- Saved searches (Saved Searches) in My Folder.

Material that will not be automatically transferred to the new interface

- Search Alerts, i.e. saved searches that notify you via email of new articles matching the search. Please re-save your Search Alerts as Saved searches if you want to keep the monitoring going. After the migration to the new interface, you can then reactivate the searches as Search Alerts. You can see instructions further down the page on how to do this.

- Journal Alerts need to be created again in the new interface. Make a note of the journals you follow so that you can re-add them.

- My Custom and Shared by folders. Make sure that saved articles in the folders are transferred by opening the folders and selecting all articles, then selecting Move To > My Folder. All articles will then end up in the Articles folder and can be sorted into folders in My Custom again after the migration.

  1. Open your Search Alerts and click on Edit alert.
  2. Check the box for Saved search (Permanent) instead of Alert, and select save.
  3. After the migration, go to your saved searches and find the search you want to turn into a Search alert. Click on Edit Saved Search and check the box for Alert.
