Renovation work in Eskilstuna

There has been a water leak in the University Library in Eskilstuna, which means that extensive renovation work needs to be done.

• It will be quieter in the evenings if you want to study in the library.
• The group rooms by the staircase (B1-003 and B1-004), will function as quiet reading rooms where you can read kursref, among other things. These group rooms will be closed for bookings 17/11-1/2.
• You will be able to request and borrow books as usual.
• You can get help as usual from our staff.
• Free earplugs will be available.

We cannot say in advance how long the renovations will take, and we hope that you’ll understand why it will be noisier than usual in the library during this period. We recommend that you find another place to study while the scaffolding is being erected, as it will be very noisy.
