The Welcoming

We want you to always have a great start to the semesters you study with us. That's why we organise The Welcoming and The Welcoming Winter Edition.

Every autumn and spring semester starts with The Welcoming. Every other year it is in Eskilstuna and every other year in Västerås. Of course, free buses run between the locations for those who need!

Autumn term

In August we have our biggest event The Welcoming, which consists of a large outdoor area with several activities. We talk festival feeling and cool elements on stage. Indoors there is a fair with exhibitors.

Spring term

In January, we have a slightly smaller and cosier indoor hangout with The Welcoming Winter Edition. A fair with exhibitors and a stage but with a slightly more intimate touch.
