Transformative Agents

The group researches what and how educators should teach to make people develop transformative capabilities and build action competence for societal transformation towards sustainability. We concentrate on people who (often) inside an organization use their abilities, position and network to support and enforce a change in the organization, which can be described as a task to develop a climate for transformational change.
