Syclen1 is a feasibility study that intends to document and prepare a full-scale demonstrator of how to achieve the main goals of the Vinnova funded Net Zero Industry program in a value chain. The approach is that by applying the Production Lift's framework with Green-Lean content for resource-efficient, disruption-free, circular and resilient production, and coordinated development of this in several companies in the same value chain, it is possible to achieve the goals for reducing the value chain/manufacturing system's climate footprint by 75% between 2024-2035.
By reducing vulnerabilities in material and personnel supply and thus developing a more inclusive production system, a capacity increase in the production system for electricity supply components is ensured which contributes to the main goal of achieving a 75% reduced climate footprint of the power supply infrastructure system per revenue. The project is a 1-year project led by RISE and carried out together with industry together with MDU and IUC Dalarna.
