Sustainability through food literacy in early childhood education and care institutions (FOOD4Kids)
With a purpose to create educational activities and tools that will improve food literacy among younger children, this research project focuses on three main aspects: children's eating habits; the environmental footprint of various diets; and children's understanding of energy flow in ecosystems.
