Staff's experiences of working in elderly care at the Covid-19 pandemic in Sweden

The purpose of this study is to shed light on caring staff's experiences of working in elderly care during Covid 19 - the pandemic in Sweden. The staff referred to are assistant nurses and care assistants who work for private and municipal actors. The purpose contains the following research questions:

  1. How do staff describe their physical and psycho-social work environment?
  2. What consequences does the pandemic have for their own health and safety?
  3. What form of leadership and support do they demand?
  4. What strategies and tools can be used before and at similar events?
  5. It is a three-year project that consists of a questionnaire survey that is followed up with focus group interviews.
