The purpose of this study is to shed light on caring staff's experiences of working in elderly care during Covid 19 - the pandemic in Sweden. The staff referred to are assistant nurses and care assistants who work for private and municipal actors. The purpose contains the following research questions:
- How do staff describe their physical and psycho-social work environment?
- What consequences does the pandemic have for their own health and safety?
- What form of leadership and support do they demand?
- What strategies and tools can be used before and at similar events?
- It is a three-year project that consists of a questionnaire survey that is followed up with focus group interviews.
