Nurse's role in drug monitoring among elderly

The aim is to investigate registered nurses' competence in pharmacovigilance (to detect, assess, understand and prevent adverse effects or any other drug-related problem). The project also aims to evaluate registered nurses' use of a computerized decision support system that can be used in drug monitoring. The main goal is to create conditions for a safe medication management and thereby promote patient safety.
