The project Den blomstertid nu kommer is an ongoing research project in collaboration with Västmanlands Teater. Pupils in year five have been given workshops to write and play on the theme of violence. Based on the students' work and descriptions, a script has been developed for the theater performance Violence is my sister. The performance aims to take our fascination with violence seriously and provide tools to understand mechanisms in the outside world but also in our own interior and highlights perspectives of when violence is a game, when it is a resistance and when it is used as power.

The project explores the many facets of violence in the world of a middle school student.
