iNNoPs: Innovation pedagogics - support for innovation advisors (iNNoPs) aims to improve innovation advisory services for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). By systematically developing and evaluating various innovation support methods applied by innovation advisors, the goal is to map how pedagogy for innovation management can help a client organization develop its innovation capability. The effect of improved innovation capability in SMEs is crucial for achieving long-term survival and competitiveness, not only for the company in question but also for Sweden as a whole, as more than 99% of Sweden's business sector consists of small and medium-sized enterprises.
iNNoPs consists of ten entities within research and advisory services as well as client organizations – Together, we work to develop new approaches and pedagogical methods that address organizational complexity and support sustainable innovation development.
Project objective
The project objective is to develop new/improved tools and methods for innovation advisors and evaluating these by client organizations. Publishing results in scientific journals and conferences.
