IHR intensive home rehabilitation

This research project aims to map older adults´ (65+) multidimensional health, comparing intensive home-rehabilitation with traditional home care. Further on, it aims to explore elder’s perspective of the interventions along with the inter-professional team reports of the rehabilitation initiatives at the intervention.

The Project has a mixed-methods-design; where a randomized intervention study is combined with qualitative interviews with the elders and a follow-up qualitative process evaluation of the intervention.
