The HR profession is constantly evolving and has taken on responsibility for an increasing number of strategic areas. Strategic competence supply can only function resource-efficiently and have an impact if individuals working with competence supply issues in the public and private sectors are given the opportunity to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
The project will explore how proactive HR strategies can be focused on addressing upcoming HR trends which, according to the Great Place to Work initiative for 2025, will involve transparency, sustainability, AI, automation, and learning. Legislation and various regulations are also expected to become central factors with the Pay Transparency Directive and the Sustainability Directive on the horizon, while proactive HR education programs need to train future HR employees in the digitalization and use of artificial intelligence.
