The BELIEF project explores how artificial intelligence can improve maintenance in industry. Rather than only predicting failures, the project focuses on developing decision support systems that engineers can trust and use in everyday work. By combining advanced AI with explainable models and human evaluation, solutions are developed and tested in real industrial environments. The goal is to reduce downtime, improve resource efficiency, and strengthen the competitiveness of Swedish industry.
