About the project

The purpose of the projects conducted within the cluster AI, Structural Change, and the Future of Work is to examine the risks and potential benefits of new digital technologies in working life. The cluster develops evidence-based policy interventions in areas such as active labor market policies, collective agreements and business practices to ensure that efficiency and productivity gains from digital technology advancements are aligned with an equitable and resilient labor market.
