Open educational resources
Open educational resources (OER) are teaching materials made freely available for use, sharing, and adaptation.
They are often published under Creative Commons licenses and may include lectures, modules, exercises, images, and digital tools.
SUHF’s roadmap was revised in 2024–2025 to specifically highlight OER as a strategic development area, with recommendations for how higher education institutions should support the production, sharing, and quality assurance of OER.
