Mathilda combines university studies with bandy

Mathilda is part of the Information Design programme, majoring in Spatial Design. She combines her studies with playing bandy in Sandviken.
The programme is very fun and allows me to be creative in different environments. It’s important to me to be an EVL-student, primarily to make it easier to pursue both elite sports and a university education, but also to show that it really is possible to combine higher studies with your sports. You don’t have to choose one or the other, you can combine the two, and the fact that MDU supports your dual careers makes it easier to figure out the puzzle that is life.
Do you want to combine elite sports and your studies?
During your time at MDU, you, as an elite athlete, have the opportunity to receive support and adjustments to enable you to study and continue with your sport at the same time. This enables you to pursue dual careers and have an university education to fall back on after your career in sports.
