A Business Simulation Experience in Marketing Strategy
In this course, you will engage in a competitive business simulation against fellow students, creating a dynamic environment to test and expand your knowledge. You will be challenged to think strategically from both short- and long-term perspectives to maintain a competitive edge in the market over an extended period. The advanced business simulation requires close collaboration within your group, which will manage your company. This includes developing new products and technologies, setting up production, seeking and retaining market share, and handling all aspects of executive management.
The simulation spans ten years and runs concurrently with the course, providing a continuous, immersive experience. Complementary seminars and lectures will support your group work and enhance your understanding of real-world decision-making processes. The course aims to develop your analytical skills to understand and predict market conditions, enabling you to act effectively in a business environment.
