Digital service development
Today, companies, organisations and individuals come into daily contact with various digital offers and services that affect everyday life at home and at work. In this course you will learn how digital services and tools can enable and facilitate an increased value creation by combining different resources such as knowledge, goods and services.
You will learn how current research and contemporary business theories can be used to evaluate and understand the transformative potential of digital services, analyze how the generated offering is perceived by various stakeholders (for example, both in the public sector and in commercial markets). and how to develop and launch new digital solutions.
