Examination
FSR1, Field Study Report, 1.5 credits, written report concerning outcome 5, grades Fail U) or Pass (G).
SEM1, Seminar, 1.5 credits oral performance concerning learning outcome 3, grades Fail (U) or Pass (G).
HEM1, Take-home Examination, 4.5 credits, concerning learning grades 1, 2 and 4, grades Fail (U), Pass (G) or Pass with distinction (VG)
For a Pass grade (G) on the course as a whole, the requirements for at least this grade on all examination components must have been fulfilled, as well as the requirements for active participation in the seminars and the successful completion of prescribed group assignments. In the event of individual absences, an opportunity will be given to submit supplementary work in accordance with the teacher's instructions.
For Pass with distinction (VG) on the course as a whole, the student must have earned that grade for HEM1.
A student who has a certificate from MDU regarding disability study support, can request adaptions for the examination. It is the examiner who takes decisions on any adaptions, based on the certificate and other conditions.
