Course content

The course deals with:

  • Debts and claims, promissory notes and other types of securities.
  • Various types of securities in personal and real estate.
  • Requirement, injunction and stoppage of payment.
  • Reconstruction of a company, distraint and bankruptcy

A student who has a certificate from MDU regarding disability study support, can request adaptions for the examination. It is the examiner who takes decisions on any adaptions, based on the certificate and other conditions.
