Objectives
The purpose of this course is to develop basic skills in the area of figure drawing. The student is expected to develop their spatial ability and increase their awareness of objects and space.
Learning outcomes
After this course the student will be able to:
- understand and use basic theories concerning perspective and space
- basic knowledge of how to draw a human anatomically correct
- basic understanding and knowledge of how to render the relations between space and objects.
Course content
Basic theories concerning perspective.
Object and space studies.
Human anatomy (figure drawing).
Line, shadow and light studies.
