Objectives

The aim of the course is to equip students with the skills to identify and based on a critical perspective, linked to the purpose of a specific business or organization, integrate ethical, social, and environmental factors into management practice.

Learning outcomes

After successful completion of the course, the students will be able to:

  1. Demonstrate fundamental knowledge and understanding of the theoretical background of ethics, responsibility, and sustainability (ERS);
  2. Critically reflect and analyze various ERS approaches and understand how these can be used in business decision-making;

Course content

The course is based on concepts, theories, and models in the fields of ethics, responsibility, and sustainability, and provides perspectives and tools for practical application as well as theoretical analysis. The course is based on flexible learning through individual assignments and group assignments.
