Objectives
The purpose of the course is to plan and develop a course or a large part of a course.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, the participant shall:
- demonstrate the ability to independently and jointly with others, plan, implement and evaluate teaching and assessment in higher education with scientific, scholarly or artistic basis and within their own area of knowledge,
- have reported on an independent project, concerning teaching and learning within their own field of knowledge, drawing upon relevant research in educational sciences and/or in subject didactics.

Specific requirements
A teaching position at Mälardalen University.
Examination
PRO1, project report, 2.5 credits, oral and written presentation concerning learning outcomes 1 and 2, grade Fail (U) or Pass (G).
For Pass (G) on the course as a whole, the student must have earned that grade for PRO1.
A student who has a certificate from MDU regarding disability study support, can request adaptions for the examination. It is the examiner who takes decisions on any adaptions, based on the certificate and other conditions.
