Objectives
The purpose is to provide a basic understanding of service logic as a perspective on value creation. Students will also be introduced to a systemic approach to innovation.
Learning outcomes
After completed the course, the student shall be able to:
1. describe the origins of service logic and service innovation, as well as its basic principles
2. analyze and discuss a value-creating system with the help of concepts in the field of service logic

Examination
Assignment (INL1), 2,5 credits, examines learning outcomes 1 and 2, marks Fail (U), Pass (G) or Pass with Distinction (VG)
A student who has a certificate from MDU regarding disability study support, can request adaptions for the examination. It is the examiner who takes decisions on any adaptions, based on the certificate and other conditions.
