PhD student sessions

Parallel PhD student sessions where a number of doctoral students will present their work in progress (or even just their plans) in a rather informal and relaxed atmosphere have been scheduled for the morning of 26 April.

The idea for the PhD student sessions is to provide a friendly venue for 10-minute informal presentations of PhD projects, followed by 5 minutes of questions and discussion. The original deadline for sending proposals has passed, but proposals for a reserve list can still be submitted until 10 April. If you have any questions regarding the sessions, please send a mail to one of the organizers, linda.eriksson@oru.se.

Note that the PhD sessions are intended to be open, too, for supervisors and other interested parties as members of the audience. When registering for the conference, you'll be asked whether you intend to attend a pre-conference PhD session as well (at no extra cost).
