Abstract submission
Showcase your ideas and connect with peers! Our abstract submission portal opens 3 November 2025 and closes 11 January 2026.
We invite participants to share their work in one of the following formats, each offering a distinct way to engage with the conference community:
- Presentations
Individual presentations will be allocated 20 minutes per paper followed by 10 minutes for questions.
- Panels
Limited places will be allocated to panels bringing together 3-4 contributors to explore a shared topic or debate key questions from multiple perspectives. - Workshops
Workshops are intended as interactive sessions designed to encourage collaboration, skill-building or hands-on exploration.
- Other
Have an idea that doesn’t fit neatly into one of the categories above? We welcome innovative forms of engagement that will enrich the conference experience.
Abstracts should be a maximum of 300 words, excluding the title and reference list. Please do not include tables, figures, or images in the abstract. Use 12pt font, single spacing, and include the title, author(s), and affiliation(s) at the top.
All submissions will be peer-reviewed by the conference scientific committee for clarity, originality, and relevance to the conference theme(s). Notifications of acceptance will be sent by the end of February 2026.
For any questions or assistance with the submission process, please contact Joanna Baumgart on conference organisation team.
