The IT move will affect many functions, systems and services
On Monday 13 June, the major move of the University's services, integrations and systems to the new IT environment at MDU will begin. The move is expected to take up to three days, between 13-15 June, and affects services, functions and systems used by students.
During the period, there will be operational disruptions on and off in our IT environment. Some services and systems will be closed for all or part of the time period.
Services, systems and servers that affect students
- File servers, home directories (H:) for students.
- Online timetable, KronoX
Can I work as usual during this period?
They depend on the systems you use. Systems not listed above can be used without operational disruptions. New staff and student accounts will enter the systems once the move is complete.
You may contact Helpdesk if you have any questions.
