MDU and Volvo CE celebrated their strategic partnership

Collaboration between industry and academia is essential to driving transformation. We are therefore delighted to announce that our long-standing strategic partnership with Volvo CE has been renewed for a further five years.

To advance the transformation journey we are undertaking at Volvo, we must continuously build new capabilities, attract and develop top talent, and strengthen our research initiatives. By launching joint projects and working closely with academic partners, we can co-create research and technology, accelerate learning, and foster a culture of innovation. This approach not only helps us address societal challenges more swiftly but also ensures we develop the skills and expertise required for long-term success.

On Thursday, 27 November, we celebrated the renewal of our partnership together with senior representatives from Volvo CE at the new event and office facility, Munktells, in Eskilstuna. The focus of the celebration was on the people who made this possible, our research projects, and recognising our joint efforts from societal, academic, and business perspectives.
