Two new music databases

Two new music databases are now available through the library's database list.

RILM Abstracts of Music Literature with Full Text External link. contains around 400,000 fulltext articles and over 260 music journals in full text. The database includes material from over 45 countries, published from the early 1900’s until today. You will find everything from classic music to popular music.

RILM Music Encyclopedias External link. contains approximately 60 music encyclopedias and is the first comprehensive collection of encyclopedic content spanning major subject areas including popular music, opera, instrumentals, blues, gospel, recorded sound and women composers.
